Fall by the Yard

Most of these maple trees now stand  beautifully naked as the gentle wind and nourishing rain caressed their most colorful leaves to the grassy ground, neighbor's yard, gutter, air, and beyond. As as they prepare for their winter slumber I sometimes wonder what they dream about as they anticipate the coming of another spring, summer, and fall when they once again show off their inner beauty , eager to give God glory, inviting humans to do the same!

  1. What a treat to have such beautiful color outside your doors. The fleeting colors of the fall is dazzling but in the back of my mind is the upcoming least favorite season. But winter does have its own beauty and makes you look forward to the rebirth and hopefully appreciate even more the next cycle.
